eTwinningPlus is an online platform designed to promote the cooperation of schools in Europe and its neighboring countries, where teachers, school management and other staff working in the school can connect with each other, collaborate, share ideas and implement joint educational projects. The programme allows teachers to join the most interesting and animated educational network across Europe. The programme aims to establish a friendship and facilitate communication and experience-sharing between Georgian and European teachers.

eTwinningPlus portal is the main workspace that offers registered teachers various tools and services to find partners, select and participate in desired projects. eTwinning Plus portal allows teachers to attend online workshops as well.

The programme was launched in Georgia in 2013. A total of 800 teachers and 220 schools are involved in the project. At this stage, the project involves 349 teachers, 127 schools and about 120 active projects, which are jointly carried out by Georgian and European teachers.
