The Information Center on NATO and EU of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia joined the events celebrating Georgia’s Independence Day.

In the capital and in two cities of Georgia: Batumi and Telavi, the Information Center was represented by a stand, which addressed the success achieved by Georgia on the path of European integration – receiving the candidate status for EU membership.

The concept of the stand “what we wished” emphasizes that the decision made by the EU in 2023 to grant candidate status to Georgia is a significant step toward realizing the goals and aspirations set by our ancestors and renowned public figures.

Visitors who came to the stand of the Information Center were given symbolic gifts, they had the opportunity to take commemorative photos and more.
