Panel Discussion at the Information Center with the Representatives of the Ministry of EU Affairs of Hungary

The Information Center on NATO and EU of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted the Deputy Minister of EU Affairs of Hungary, Baláš Molnár, and the Commissioner for European Affairs, Boglarka Ballester-Bolia.
The speakers talked about the process and priorities of Hungary’s presidency of the Council of the European Union from July to December 2024. A special emphasis was put on the EU enlargement policy and the progress achieved by Georgia on the path of European integration.
The representatives of the Ministry of EU affairs of Hungary highly appreciated the work and reform process carried out by Georgia and reaffirmed the strong support of Hungary both in the direction of bilateral relations and Georgia’s integration process.
The meeting was moderated by Tamara Tsuleiskiri, the Director of the Information Center on NATO and EU. She emphasized the significant role of the Center as a platform for discussion on the country’s western integration issues, where young people have the opportunity to receive verified information from the first source and discuss current issues.
Notably, approximately 70 students from various universities participated in the meeting.
