Irina Barnabishvili joined the NATO and EU Information Centre in 2009. Since 2014, she has worked as the head of the Information Centre’s  regional management service. She has completed various professional development programmes, including in the areas pf national security, strategic communications, and fight against disinformation.

Irina Barnabishvili holds Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Local Self-Government of the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA).
