Sopiko Kemashvili has worked as the head of the Public Relations Service at the Information Centre since 2019. From 2010 to 2018, she worked as chief specialist at the Public Relations Department of the Office of the State Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Issues. She participated in projects funded by NATO and the European Union, as well as by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

Sopiko Kemashvili holds Master’s degree in Art History at the Faculty of History of the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
