Mariam Gigauri has been working at the Information Center on NATO and EU under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia since 2015.

Mariam Gigauri holds Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Affairs from Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. She also holds Bachelor’s degree in international relations.

In 2021, she graduated from post-graduate diploma programme in the theory and practice of International Relations and European Integration of the School of Diplomacy of Estonia. In January 2022, she obtained Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

At various times, she worked in the development agency of the Gori City Hall, as well as in Women’s Democracy Network of Georgia – as a project manager; She has undergone internship and training courses at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.

She has participated in various seminars, trainings and courses on Georgia’s European and Euro-Atlantic integration, strategic communications, research methods, project management and effective communication.

She speaks Georgian, English and Russian languages.
