Project name: Unity through Diversity
Project duration: once a year, within the framework of the Days of Europe
Target group: pupils, students, teachers and other interested persons.
Project goal: enhancing the population’s understanding of the cultural features and traditions of the EU member states.
Project description: “Unity through diversity” is a cultural-educational exhibition on the European Union. It brings together hundreds of people including students, pupils, faculty staff and other interested parties.
Its main goal is to acquaint visitors with the cultural features and traditions of EU member states.
Participants of the exhibition prepare stands of 29 countries (including Georgia). The stands feature traditional items, dishes and souvenirs of each country.
At the end of the exhibition, the authors of three award-winning exhibition stands receive various gifts and prizes. All students receive certificates of participation.
